Real projects under real load. Built and delivered. No theory, no slides, just code running in production and systems that scale. One of them is a product from my own founding team before its pilot, and it is marked as such.
Two grown AWS accounts for production and staging cost around €15,000 a month. Over twelve months I reduced that to around €2,500 with the same feature set: clean up and measure first, then optimize architecture and capacity, and make commitments last.

A payment API for millions of users that had stopped scaling. Every load spike was a risk, every new payment provider integration weeks of work. I stabilized the existing backend, built a microservice architecture in Go alongside it, and integrated both cleanly over gRPC without interrupting live payments.

A product for trade businesses with up to 15 employees: customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, open items and site documentation on one platform. Built in five months by three developers with coding agents, across more than 2,000 pull requests, steered by specifications, architecture rules, automated checks and reviews. Not a vibe coding experiment, but a way of developing software.
